Program Implementation

• Expand program initiatives into three additional island communities beginning with creation of community development committees.
• Place point-of-use bio-sand water filtration units in each home of these three village communities.
• Establish 12 - 24 micro-loan businesses in each of these three village communities.
• Latrines. Make sure each family has a good, working, routinely-used latrine.
• Distribute trees, garden seeds, and animals to families in these villages.
• Health. Implement program for community health in all villages where we have project initiatives.
• Education. Move forward in implementing strategic plan for education
• Host visiting Vision Teams to the Starfysh base camp on a regular basis.
• Commission and publish a thorough census research of the entire island which, in addition to its obvious benefit to Starfysh efforts, will provide useful to other agencies and organizations.
• Create comprehensive and detailed 10-year strategic plan for island transformational development.

Organizational Development

• Expand U.S. and Haiti offices (physical space, support staff) as required to maintain organizational effectiveness and growth.
• Train and hire Haitian program directors and staff.
